8 Great Reads on Kindle Unlimited - 2nd Edition

Dear Book Readers,

I’m back! Here’s a list of all the books I’ve read and liked or loved since my last Kindle Reads post almost two months ago. I’ve read more than this Great 8 but some of them I hated and some of them I didn’t like enough to share. I’m a book finisher even if it’s a Kindle Unlimited book and I can send it right back. I like to read on to see why others thought it was so great.

The first one below, “In An Instant”, I argued with myself about adding to this list. It was really good but I complained through the first half of it. Not that it wasn’t good writing, it just wasn’t making me feel good, but I won’t spoil it. It was a good book. I finished listening to it while I was decorating my Christmas tree. That kind of balanced out my feelings.

I listened to most of these through my Audible app and some of them I read when I got in the bed. I don’t like to go to sleep on Psychological thrillers like “When I Was You” or “What You Did” but books like Catherine Ryan Hyde’s which I call soft books are the ones I can read in bed. “My Name is Anton” and “Brave Girl, Quiet Girl” are two from this list that I loved! I also love this author and I think I’ve read and listened to most of what she’s written through Kindle Unlimited. I may write a post just on her books alone.

“Truth of the Matter” was a book 2 but it’s not necessary to read the books in order. The first book was in my last post and it only relates in referencing the town so I was a little disappointed that it didn’t revisit characters but it was still a good new story.

“The Stillwater Girls” was like two different books in one. That’s all I can say without spoiling it.

And lastly, “An Unfinished Story” was recommended to me by fellow blogger Alison Hector. Loved it!
